I have had the pleasure to work with Tracy McMillan on the PTA for several years now. She is organized, honest, kind, and thoughtful. She deals with a myriad of opinions and preferences, and takes the time to sort through those and understand what will be the most effective way to deal with concerns in order to achieve desired outcomes. I have been especially impressed with Tracy's willingness to put in the time and effort to fully research and understand concerns from many angles. Tracy is never in it for herself, but shows a deep willingness to make a difference for the people she serves. She is consistent and communicates in a respectful and calm manner, always seeking to understand rather than to have the last word. I trust Tracy to put the needs of students and teachers first and to plan for their future success as well. I wholeheartedly support Tracy McMillan for Alpine School Board Seat 5.
